I am an indie developer. Before The Termi Protocol I built and shipped mobile apps and games that passed 500,000 downloads, mostly alone, mostly by staying close to what users actually do rather than what roadmaps say they should do.

In 2025 my daily work quietly flipped: most of the code I shipped was written by AI coding agents in a terminal, first one, then several in parallel. The tools were astonishing and the experience of using them was terrible. Work I was responsible for became invisible, scrolling by in tabs I was not looking at. The Termi Protocol is my answer to that: a 3D room where every real agent gets a body and a desk, so delegation feels like watching a team instead of trusting a wall of logs.

This blog is where I write about that shift while living it every day: vibe coding in practice, AI coding agents and their temperaments, multi-agent workflows, and the occasional honest post about what broke.
